LDS Ltd was started by Olly Alston in 2006, in response to the demand for professional locally based divers to service the Aquaculture, Civil Engineering and Fishing Industry in the Western Isles.
Olly qualified as a HSE Part One Diver in 1986 and has worked extensively offshore in the Middle East, Africa, Caribbean and North Sea before coming to Lewis in 1992.
Since then he has gained wide experience in the Aquaculture, Shellfish and Fishing Sector, as well as diving on major Civil Engineering Projects, Ship Inspections and Propeller Clearances.
As the only locally based diving company in Lewis and Harris, Lochs Diving Services is able to provide a reliable , efficient and experienced service with extensive local knowledge . |
